Pajaro Dunes--February 1984

Over the President's Day weekend all of us went to Pajaro Dunes in Monterey Bay. Advertisement: "Nestled along the Monterey Bay lies one of the most scenic stretches of California's northern coastline. Here you'll find our secluded community of Pajaro Dunes, a collection of beautiful beachfront homes, townhouses, and condominiums architected to blend harmoniously with the gently rolling, natural oceanside landscape." Nancy brought Lauren W. and Stephen brought Ben R. I do remember the kids all went to a local movie theater to see Footloose.

What a fun picture of Heidi with her Grandpa.

I don't think Nancy and Lauren did much swimming, but here they are at the water's edge!!! We did go to Santa Cruz so that all of them could ride the rides.

Stephen sitting in the chair in the condo--yes those shorts are very short!!!

I think Ben is the one that had the boggie boards. All of the boys used them. I can't remember whether they complained about how cold the water was, but I have to imagine in February the temperatures were not all that pleasant.
